When looking from the roadway down a trail toward the creek, it becomes darker because of the dense foliage of the hemlocks. This is probably accentuated by the forest green color of their leaves. This creates a sense of enchantment, especially when one is on this lot and can hear the creek and the other sounds of the forest. |
