Lot 300 is a very nice property with scattered trees and gentle terrain. Although the creek is a blue line on the USGS topographic maps, it is usually without water during the summer months. However, after a good rain one can enjoy the sounds of rushing water. Probably the greatest virtue of this lot is its potential to have a view of a lake in the future. I do hope to build an 8-10 acre lake with the dam being at the location of the photo below. Since this will be obstructing the waters of the above mentioned creek, now known as No Name Creek, I must first get approval from the State of Tennessee prior to building the lake.
