Lot 313 is similar to Lot 311 regarding the density of trees. The property is heavily wooded with oaks, maples, sourwoods, black gum, and an occasional hickory. I think there are also a few pine trees. The eastern boundary of the property is Tree House Trail. The topography of this portion of the property is essentially level. Convenient to Chattanooga, Nashville, Cookeville, Crossville and Knoxville, Tennessee. |
|
| On the western side of the property the land slopes down to a beautiful mountain creek surrounded by mountain laurel. | ![]() Creeks & Snow Can Enhance One's Day |

The creek has a rocky bed and makes lots of noise
as it flows over the various sized rocks, ledges, and boulders. |
Near the center of the property, on a slope approximately 150
feet from the creek, is a beautiful large chestnut oak. Because
of its size, it must be very old. One day last fall while observing
the size of its limbs, I noticed that the big tree also has a "swing"
deficiency. |
