This is a beautiful parcel of land because of its gentle topography , nice trees, and overall curb appeal. The back of the property is several feet higher than the road so one will drive up to their cabin. This is good regarding curb appeal. For some reason, it innately feels better drive up to one's residence rather than down. Tangent alert.........A possible explanation for this perception has to do with the ability for one to survey the surrounding area better from a higher position. (Remember the Wild Kingdom TV programs about the vast grassy plains of the Serengeti with the zebras, wildebeest, and the big cats?)
