At the present time, this is a very nice property with its tranquil terrain and open meadow setting. However, this parcel has the potential to become a spectacular lake front property. I have considered building a lake here for several years and hope to do so next summer during the dry season. Our initial survey data indicate that the lake would/will be approximately 6-8 acres and shaped somewhat like a foot. The dam location is at the location of the road in the above photo and water would/will back up to the left of the photo. Will know more about building the lake in the near future.
